Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the Jas Wallet mobile application, related product web pages, and associated services provided by LLP "JASAIM (ЖАСАЙМ)".

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Jas Wallet, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the application and related services.

2. Purpose of the Service

Jas Wallet provides users with access to digital functions, user accounts, profile-related features, secure sign-in scenarios, QR-based journeys, selected integrations, and other functionality that may evolve with the product.

The availability of features depends on the specific version of the app, the deployment environment, and modules available to the user.

3. User Account

  • The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide;
  • The user must keep their account credentials confidential;
  • JASAIM may restrict account access in case of policy violations, security threats, or suspicious activity;
  • Some features may require additional identity confirmation or compliance with internal access conditions.

4. Permitted Use

The user agrees not to use Jas Wallet:

  • For violating the law or the rights of third parties;
  • For obtaining unauthorized access to data, infrastructure, or integrations;
  • For bypassing security, authorization, or access control mechanisms;
  • For distributing malicious code, false data, or fraudulent activity.

5. Intellectual Property

Jas Wallet, its interface, logos, texts, software code, graphic materials, and other elements belong to JASAIM or are used on lawful grounds. The user does not obtain rights to copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit such materials without separate written permission.

6. Availability and Changes

JASAIM strives to provide stable operation of Jas Wallet, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Certain functions may be modified, restricted, temporarily suspended, or removed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JASAIM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, Jas Wallet unless otherwise expressly required by law.

8. Personal Data

Questions related to the processing of personal data are governed by the separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the rules for using Jas Wallet.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

The user may stop using Jas Wallet at any time. If the app provides an in-app account deletion option, the user may use that function. If the user cannot access the app, the process described on the Delete Account page applies.

Account deletion means deletion of the account record and related personal data, except where JASAIM is required to retain certain information by law, for security, fraud prevention, or other legitimate grounds.

10. Updates to the Terms

JASAIM may update these Terms of Use as the product evolves, integrations change, app store requirements are updated, or applicable law requires it. The current version is always published on this page.
